Ordering and Product Range

How do I place an order?
  1. Browse our extensive product range and add the products you like to your shopping cart using "Add To Cart" button.
  2. Once you've completed your selection go to Cart (at the top right hand side of your screen) – your order with products selected will be shown. You can edit your order here e.g. change quantities and delete products. You also see delivery options and can estimate the freight cost to your delivery address.
  3. When you are happy with your selection and ready to finalize your order, click on " Checkout" – at this page you can login to your account, register or simply checkout as a guest.
  4. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is placed.
  5. Your order will be processed once your payment is received in full (so please allow an extra time if you pay by EFT)
I can't find a specific product from Greenmark catalogue / PAC pricelist, what do I do?
If you have our product catalogue or pricelist on hand, you can always search by Product Code – just enter the product code into the search field (above navigation bar) and the product you’re after will show up.
Can I order samples if I need to try the product prior placing an order?
Yes, you can – it’s free, however the freight cost applies. Please email the list of the products you are willing to try to info@pactrading.com.au and we will organize a sample pack for you.
How do I get my Tax Invoice?
You receive a confirmation of your order via email once your order is placed and your Tax Invoice will be emailed to you once your order is processed with a hard copy attached to your shipment.

Payments

How can I pay for my order?
We accept credit card payments as well as EFT. If you choose EFT payment option, you will receive our details for bank transfer in the order confirmation email.

Shipping and Returns

When my order will be delivered?
All orders are delivered business hours between 9am - 5pm.
When will my order be dispatched?
All online orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received. If you pay by EFT, please send remittance advice to onlinesales@pactrading.com.au quoting your order reference number to avoid delays.
Do you offer same day delivery? Does it cost more?

We offer same day delivery Sydney metropolitan areas only for the orders, more than 5 cartons, placed and paid before 9am at no extra cost.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we do – when you buy 5 or more cartons to be delivered to Sydney/Canberra/Melbourne/Adelaide/Brisbane metro areas. If you are eligible, discount is calculated at checkout.
I am based at non-metro area – am I still eligible for a freight discount?
We always strive to treat our customers fairly – so yes, we offer a discount to the customers from non-metro areas buying 5+ cartons - at the moment discount is not implemented at our web checkout system and will be refunded to the eligible customers. Discount amount is $5AUD from each carton, effective when you order 5+ carton in the single transaction.

Can you help me with design?

Yes, we can. There is no additional charge for a simple design work e.g. logo placement on the product chosen, however we reserve the right to discuss the cost if we believe that you are aiming for more complex design.
We understand the importance of brand consistency, integrity and all design aspects. We will work with your designers to ensure that all specifications are met. Our service doesn’t end there: we provide you with free structural packaging design to be chosen from our extensive sample library and adjusted for your specific product needs.

Will I see samples before my order arrives?

All custom packaging samples are confirmed with you before delivery of your order. The cost of the samples

How long does it take to custom made a product?

Usual turnaround time is 10 weeks after artwork / sample approved and deposit paid, but it can take up to 12 weeks due to the nature of import, there may be circumstances beyond our control which may lead to delays. If you need re-supply faster - we offer supply-on-demand storage option for the repeat orders.
